webObjective can provide its customers with telephone and email support when necessary. We will always give you honest advice, and always do whatever we can to help. We can provide support on a wide number of issues, ranging from simply helping to set up a mailbox, to helping update your website's content, to adding a specific firewall rule to your server or even just providing you with technical advice over the telephone.
You Only Pay For What You Need
There's no monthly fee for our support and we operate a simple unit-based support model. It's simple - one support unit is used up per half hour with a minimum of one unit per support request. You simply top up your support units as and when required.
