How We Work

We see our customers as our partners and therefore we'll always first make sure that we really understand your business model and what you are trying to achieve. That way we can feel like we are not just working for you, but alongside you.

We'll always seek to give you the best technical advice on how to achieve your goals and will always seek to be as clear as possible about the long term implications and cost implications of the different directions that we can go in with your project.

Step 1 - Identify Your Key Objectives

From our initial consultancy we will establish your most important goals and make sure we understand your business and what it is you want to achieve.

Step 2 - Create A Key Objectives Document

You may or may not already know exactly what you want, or you may not. But the chances are there will be things you haven't thought about. That's why we will always recommend documenting your project at the start. Having a technical document ensures you know up front what you are getting and how it is going to be delivered.

Step 3 - Decide How You Want To Work

Now that we have identified your objectives we will discuss with you how much it is going to cost and when each part of the project will be delivered. You'll be provided with a full written quote.

Step 4 - Work Commences

Once you agree to proceed, we'll raise an invoice for the initial deposit. As soon as this has been paid, we'll book a day for work on your project to commence.

Milestones (Optional)

Depending on the size of your project, we may recommend that your project is split into milestones. This basically means that the project is completed in different stages. Once a milestone has been completed you pay us for the work that has been completed so far, and we provide you with a full copy of the source code and database of your website. We'll also give you access to a test version of the website for you to play around with and provide feedback on.

What About After The Website Is Live?

Once your website is live, we'll still be around help you to improve the content and give you any technical help and advice that you need on an ongoing basis. See our Support page for more information.
